- Preview the video. It may not be what it says or what you think!
- Open the video early in the morning and "pause" it so it has time to load. Then play it back. You may want to add another tab to your browser or minimize the window.
- Download the video. This saves the video to your computer for you to play them back at anytime without needing to use the Internet. You'll find instructions to do this below.
There are many ways to do this, but here is a quick and simple one that I use!
- Navigate to the YouTube video. If it starts to play, pause it.
- Select the address of the video and copy it (Ctrl+c OR right-click and copy).
- Open this website: keepvid.com (In the same window or another tab.)
- Click on DOWNLOAD.
- A list of file options will appear. Click on the file type you'd like to download.
- FLV files can be inserted into SMART Notebook files.
- Note: The higher the quality of video, the larger the file size.
6. The file saves into your Downloads folder. (Found under "Favorites" in an open folder window.)
